Affiliate Program Summary
The following summary is provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between this summary and the Terms and Conditions below, the Terms and Conditions shall apply.
1. Enrollment
Participation in the CreatorWerk Affiliate Program (“Program”) is subject to approval by CreatorWerk. CreatorWerk reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Referral Tracking
Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link, referral code, or other tracking method designated by CreatorWerk.
A referral will only be eligible for commission if:
- The referral is properly tracked through CreatorWerk’s systems.
- The referral creates a valid account.
- The referral purchases a qualifying subscription.
- The subscription payment is successfully received by CreatorWerk.
CreatorWerk’s records and tracking systems shall be final and controlling for all referral attribution, commission determinations, and payment calculations.
3. Eligible Referrals
Affiliates may refer both creators and businesses.
The following are not eligible for commissions:
- Self-referrals.
- Accounts owned or controlled by the affiliate.
- Duplicate accounts.
- Fraudulent accounts.
- Accounts created primarily to generate commissions.
- Accounts that violate CreatorWerk’s Terms of Service.
4. Commission Calculation
Affiliates will earn a recurring commission equal to twenty percent (20%) of qualifying subscription revenue received by CreatorWerk from eligible referrals.
Commissions are paid only on subscription fees actually received by CreatorWerk. Taxes, processing fees, refunds, credits, discounts, promotional pricing, chargebacks, and other non-revenue amounts are excluded from commission calculations.
CreatorWerk reserves the right to adjust, reverse, withhold, or cancel commissions associated with:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Payment disputes
- Fraudulent transactions
- Ineligible subscriptions
- Violations of these Terms and Conditions
5. Commission Duration
Eligible commissions may be earned for up to thirty (30) months from the referred customer’s initial sign-up date.
The commission duration period begins on the date the referred customer first creates their CreatorWerk account, regardless of when the customer begins a paid subscription.
After the thirty (30) month period expires, no additional commissions will be earned from that referral, regardless of whether the referral maintains, renews, reactivates, or resubscribes to a subscription.
6. Subscription Cancellation and Resubscription
If a referred customer cancels their subscription, commission payments associated with that subscription will stop while the subscription remains inactive.
If the customer later resubscribes to CreatorWerk during the affiliate’s applicable commission duration period, the affiliate will be eligible to receive commissions on future qualifying subscription payments, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Resubscribing does not restart, extend, or renew the affiliate’s commission duration period.
Once the commission duration period expires, no further commissions will be earned from that referral.
7. Commission Payment Schedule
Commissions do not become payable immediately upon receipt of a subscription payment.
A commission becomes eligible for payment only after the applicable Commission Payout Period has elapsed. The Commission Payout Period is thirty (30) days from the customer’s payment date.
This waiting period allows for the processing of refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and fraud reviews.
Approved commissions that have satisfied the Commission Payout Period and meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid on or about the fifteenth (15th) day of each month.
If the fifteenth (15th) falls on a weekend, holiday, or non-business day, payment may be issued on the preceding or following business day.
CreatorWerk reserves the right to withhold commissions pending review of any transaction or account activity.
8. Minimum Payout
Affiliate commissions will only be paid when the affiliate’s approved commission balance reaches a minimum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
Balances below the minimum payout threshold will roll forward to future payout periods until the threshold is met.
9. Payment Methods
Approved commissions will be paid by:
- ACH Transfer

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
